Our church is located in the deep south where boiled peanuts, mustard base barbecue, college football, southern plantations, church life and a healthy dose of southern twang is as common as a mosqito looking for a juicy landing on a hot summer day.

Our mission is to F.A.S.T. (Find, Assimilate, Serve, Teach)
We attempt to Find the Lost, Assimilate the saints, Serve our Lord and Teach the saints.
Our vision is to:
• to increase community awareness about Jesus and our church
• to be a good neighbor to people in need
• to encourage more followers to be servants for God

Denomination
Nothing hides our name. The Baptists have a rich history in perpetuating the gospel of Jesus Christ. We continue to catapult church growth into the future. We enjoy exercising the Great Commission, live by unwavering biblical principles, and uncompromising theology. Over the centuries, many have given their lives for simply being biblicists. We at Journey Baptist Church desire to continue building on strong bible centered convictions, we push the envople further for the cause of Christ. Along the way, we capture the attention of those seeking purpose and significance in their lives. When it's all said and done, we hope to have gained friends, family neighbors and fellow workers a passage all the way into Heaven.
What we offer
We're a full-service church serving nursery needs, children grades 1-5, teens 6-12 grade and adults.
Music
Whether we project lyrics, sing accapella or hold books in our hands, it's all designed to point our hearts and souls to God our Creator, Saviour and Lord. It's all for Him and about Him!
